Silvia is the Managing Director of The Golden Space Indonesia, an In-house practitioner, a wife and a mother. She realised the importance of self love through pouring her own cup first before she can help others by embracing her identities of self, wife and mother to live a fulfilling, harmonious and happy life. She has overcome many life lessons and emerges happier and is passionate to share this wisdom with the world. Among them are healing herself of autoimmune and infertility holistically through meditation and inner reflection. Silvia is committed to help and inspire others find themselves back again, and loving themselves for whoever they truly are.
