She has completed a total training time of 2000 hours in holistic health. She was named by Fortune Magazine 40 under 40 for influential young leaders in 2012 and is a successful serial entrepreneur. She provides holistic health coaching to high functioning individuals who are dealing with the stress of life, specifically in the area of holistic nutrition & stress management adopting an intuitive eating & anti-diet approach to wellness. Q1. What is the difference from me reading self-development healing books and inspiring podcast myself and taking this program?

A1. You can accelerate your health goal in 2 months, a dedicated coach to keep you committed and accountable to your goal,  and tap into the group wisdom for to increase the success of your healing journey.

Q2. Is this a weight-loss program?

A2. This is not a quick-fix temporary weight loss program that focus on physical nutrition only. Weight loss is not the key to health, diet and exercise are not effective weight-loss strategies, and fatness is not a death sentence.  By rebalancing our whole-health (mental, physical, and emotional), healing will naturally happen and our weight will reflect the result of that balance  ultimately.

Q3. How much personal support do I get?

A3. This is an intimate program with limited spaces available (8 pax) to ensure everyone in the program receives personalized support throughout the whole program. The program is also designed with many personalized health assessment and meal plans that is highly-customized for each participants’ lifestyle and health goals.

Q4. What if I fail and not achieve my goal by the end of the program?

A4. By reaching for what appears to be impossible, we often actually do the impossible, and even when we don’t make it, we inevitably wind up doing much better than we would have done. Packed with practical tools, step by step actions, community support and weekly live-coaching access to achieve your goal.

Q5. I don’t know if it’s the right time for me to act now, I am too busy with other priorities that I need to handle beside health.

A5. Health is wealth. Your health is at the center of your life. Every part of your life relies on you having good health. You cannot climb higher in all the other  areas of your life if you do not have enough physical energy to devote to each of them. When you have low energy, it is difficult to:
Express love and intimacy; Support your family and consciously, parent your children; Perform at work if you are too tired to be productive; Have fun with friends if you are dull and lethargic; Learn and grow if your weak body has weakened your mind and emotional resiliency; Have a sense of compassion and  contribution of helping your loved ones.
