ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Mindfulness is a state of being consciously aware of your thought and feeling and attentive to the present moment. This ancient practice has been adopted to address modern life and work challenges. Mindfulness meditation is a practical tool  to help leaders and team reduce their stress level, improve focus, clarity, and wellbeing and at the same time increase productivity.

IN THIS WORKSHOP, YOU WILL:

  • Learn about the basic of mindfulness meditation and various scientific researches that support its benefits

  • Get guidance on how to practice meditation and how to develop it into a daily habit

  • Practice breathing exercises to bring the awareness within and to become more relax and calmer.

  • Participants: Up to 25

  • Media: Online via Zoom

  • Facility: A quiet room, participants sitting on a  chair or on the floor on top of a cushion, laptop and earphone

  • Facilitator: Experienced Certified Meditation Instructor
