About the Workshop

1 in 3 women and 1 in 71 men worldwide have experienced sexual or physical assault. But many women and girls alike do not report and are not part of the statistics because of shame, self-blame, violence-normalisation and fear of judgement. The road to healing & recovery may take years. But it is a journey that all survivors need to through to piece our life back together again and to discover full closure. Experience freedom, and peace from your past.

What you will learn:

• Come into a safe space and address unresolved traumas

• Find closure, mend your heart-wounds

• Understand better of the impacts and how you can take active steps to improve your confidence • Improve your overall quality of life, living with trauma gracefully
