ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Yale Health defines stress as a physical and emotional reactions to a perceived threat, whether it is real or not. Researchers proved that the lack of ability to cope with stress might lead to mental and physical issues that might affect the work. American Psychological Association also states that stress at work can lower the company’s and individual performance, increase the mistake’s rate, and decrease productivity, among others.

IN THIS WORKSHOP, YOU WILL:

  • Understand stress from biological & psychological perspectives

  • Learn about energy and how it affects your work

  • Transform your stress into positive emotions and thoughts

  • Duration: 60 mins

  • Participants: Up to 25

  • Media: Online via Zoom

  • Facility: A quiet room, participants sitting on a  chair or on the floor on top of a cushion, laptop and earphone

  • Facilitator: Experienced Certified Meditation Instructor
